Sentoki-Do Karate is a full contact karate style governed by the WKKO.
It is part of the same karate tradition as Kyokushin but features all areas of combat in both training and competition.
Practitioners will learn punches, kicks, knees, elbows, hammer fists, palm strikes, head butts and other open handed techniques.
You will learn how to execute throws, trips, slams, sweeps and takedowns using both the uniform and without the uniform.
You will also learn various control positions on the ground and how to defend against strikes alongside how to finish opponents using submissions and also how to sweep your opponent and get back to your feet.
